Joyce is super nice and did a fantastic job! Amazing atmosphere π
Terrible service, dishonest pricing, and my nails were left damaged and painful. I came in simply to have shellac removed from my hands and feet. Iβll admit I forgot to ask the price beforehand, assuming it would be something reasonable (around $10 or so). Halfway through, I asked, and was quoted $40 plus tax just to remove the polish. When I voiced my surprise, the price suddenly became $30. By that point, I was already stuck. The service itself was extremely poor. On both my hands and feet there was still shellac left when the technician said the job was done. When I pointed this out, she went back over them and completely damaged my nails. My toenails were filed down too deeply, leaving them thin, brittle, and visibly scratched. She even cut my toe in the process. It was painful and left my nails looking worse than when I arrived. After seeing the damage, I refused to let them touch my hands further and still ended up paying nearly $20 for the incomplete, botched service. When I complained to the supervisor, I was told that if I wasnβt happy, I could go somewhere else. That, unfortunately, sums up the professionalism and quality of this salon. For your sake and your nailsβ sake, I would strongly recommend going across the street to Judy instead. The service is far better, and the prices are both fair and transparent.
